I was hoping to walk today after my meetings and before cooking class, but I got home too late, so I got on the elliptical at 9:55 and did a so so workout but got some miles in. Then I stretched for 15 minutes. My SI nerve is giving me fits today. But I just worked through it. Stretching helps and I start with a PT next week to help strengthen my core. I am glad to be able to post something today, and I made Honey-lime chicken Enchiladas in cooking class. It was a fun day. |
