Location: Salt Lake City,,Ut,United States Member Since: Mar 26, 2012 Gender: Female Goal Type: 5 K Finish Running Accomplishments: I've run a few 5k's, 10k's and one 8k. Those have been in the last few years. I began walking seriously about 5 years ago and did really well, walking almost daily at least 3 or 4 miles and 6 miles once a week. I have been active my entire life, playing tennis and teaching aerobics when I was younger. But have slowed down the last few months. Short-Term Running Goals: I would like to run a couple of 10k's and 5k's the summer of 2012. I want to do these with my family. I would like to run the 5k's in under 32 minutes. Long-Term Running Goals: To keep moving, walking and running 5-6 days a week. Personal: I'm a mother of 5. Grandmother of 2. Married!!! Acorn is my motivation for joining the blog.
